  : IF YOU WANT A NICE HOLIDAY: DO NOT COME to this hotel!!!This hotel and the company of booking.com have completely ruined my family holiday. As a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, I booked a family room that had supposedly fit a family of 4. However, upon arrival we saw a miniature room with two spare beds chucked in to accommodate the amount of people but did it awfully. The beds are so close to each other that its a struggle to even walk and weve resorted to putting our luggage for 12 days in the bathroom as theres no space on the floor. The toilet was leaking for all the 12 days we stayed even though we notified the lazy reception staff on day 2. One of the beds has been placed in front of the balcony door, so we are not able to open it, which can be seen as a massive health and safety issue. To combat this and to try and find a solution we go downstairs and try and ask for help from the reception team, however they are all clueless and unhelpful playing the game as they know that we have nowhere to go so just disregard you. We then resort to calling booking.com and this was the last straw. We called them a total of 8 times with each time the calls will be for over an hour holding and waiting for solution, their staff would hang up the call when they couldnt figure out what to say. Booking and the hotel has robed us of our family holiday our money and our time.

  : Great location, friendly staff at the reception and buffet. The beach is beautiful and pleasant.
  : The hotel turns off the AC at night, which makes sleeping quite hard when it's 30-35 outside. The buffet was uninspired and sometimes had outright strange concoctions (ex: steamed mushrooms). For the same price we paid to include the buffet in our stay, we could have eaten out instead and had much better quality food. The staff at the snack bar outside seem to care very little about the place. During our stay there was a big pool of stinky water that just hung around close to the tables, no one took 5 minutes to mop it up. Furthermore, I saw a waiter see a used cardboard cup on the floor, and instead of picking it up and throwing it away he just crushed it with his foot and left it there. The food at the snack bar is also very overpriced and mediocre in taste. Basically, I can not possibly see how the hotel rates itself as a 4-star, when they seem to take every possible measure to save money at the cost of quality of stay for guests. It has so much potential, but as of now I cannot recommend staying there.

  : The room was dirty and all surfaces full of dust. Shower didnt work and even after 3 days they didnt fix it. We asked a few times per day and received sure, we will fix it tomorrow. Incredibly noisy because of the music downstairs
