  : Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is opposite the train station which is great and the paid restaurant and mini market were good.
  : Evening entertainment is very poor. Nothing much happening. Low quality singers and not modern. Daytime entertainment very repetitive and for the children mainly or a bit of dancing in the pool 20-30mins 3 x per day. Staff answer questions fine when asked but are not welcoming or warm. Mainly Spanish people staying and some German/ Dutch. Very few non European people.

  : Its a good hotel to travel to with children. The food was great. The pool was big and with very clean water. Most of the staff (the bar, the restaurant, animation team, lifeguards,) were super kind and friendly. The animation team was the best part (especially Moiss, hes just so great). The activities were excellent and very well organized, as well as engaging and interesting. The bubble club for children was great, where again the animation team was friendly and the monitors were super caring and nice. The music performances for adults at night were great! I really recommend the AQUA FANTASY to families with children.
  : The staff at the reception were a bit rude (in specific Nuria, i believe). They lend you towels to use by the pool with a deposit of 10/towel, however you can only change the towels every 2 days, of which you are unwarned until you go to change them and they act so rude and stiff about it. Another problem was the water of the showers. After having the tap open for a bit, the water turns brown (full of mud) and when we called reception to tell them, they didnt do anything about it. The receptionists care more about tourists than Spanish people, which is completely unacceptable. I believe that all the rudeness of the receptionists is due to the fact that they make you pay upfront, and they think that they have nothing to lose. About the cleanness, the bed sheets were dirty and when we asked them to change them, they told us that they usually dont do that, and they change them only before they give you the room (however they eventually did so). The pool water was cold, which i think was because of the rain.

  : Convenient clean comfortable bed fairly quiet
  : I arrived at 10.30am after a flight from Amsterdam - I was told I could not check in until 2pm- luggage left in luggage room. No one asked if I needed breakfast or if I needed to change clothes (yes to both). On leaving luggage in luggage room met a couple in the lift with their luggage who had just checked in, so clearly different rules for some people other rules for others. I am annoyed about this because over the past 10 years my family have stayed at this hotel every year.Over 3 night stay room was cleaned once- clearly the staff missed the room on the Rota. Had a meal in the Pergola diner by the pool it was poor but they charged for it anyway - hotel reception organised a refund.Staff are great. Theres a lot of noise on corridors at night - dont know why guests need to shout and bang doors wonder if they do this at home ??A sign on the wall to remind guests people are sleeping would help.
