  : Amazing location between the Chueca and Malasaa neighborhoods, which are really cool and filled with fashion stores, restaurants, and bars. The apartment was clean and pretty. The building has an elevator.
  : The apartment is quite small, for a young couple should be okay, but would not recommend for those travelling with a lot of luggage, or people with any type of impaired mobility.

  : 1.The location is great,you even can go to many view points on foot2. The staff is very enthusiastic
  : 1.the refrigerator is noisy at night, if you dont use it,then do better cut power off 2.the sound insulation of this apartment is not good, maybe it is too close to next apartment, we always can hear voice of others from the hall 3.hot water supply is not enough,especially when after your friend washed like 15 mins, you may meet the situation of not enough hot water, on that day i have to finish my shower with cold water. 4.the apartment provide dishes,cooking utensil and you can cook at there but there is no dish washing liquids, Emmmmmmm.... 5. This thing,it is not a fault of apartment but i still want to point out. One day before i went to Madrid due to coronavirus situation i wanted to cancel the apartment, but they said Spain is a low risk country then denied it. Just after four days, the number of infected people already near 200 has become the most fourth number country in Europe

  : The location was excellent, the area is full of cafes and restaurants. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything you need to cook something quickly. Washing can be done easily inside the flat and the flat had a free dryer.
  : We did not get the full address after booking on booking.com. So the address on Booking had no house number, floor and flat number. We realised that only after arriving to Madrid late in the evening. That was a stressful moment, as we had no proper wifi/internet either. It took us a few messages to ask for those details. I wish we knew the exact full address after the payment was done online and booking was confirmed per email.

  : The apartment is located in the city center. You'll find anything you could wish for in walking distance. There's a supermarket right next to the building.
  : Honestly, the apartment was so dark and cheap, if I hadn't already prepaid everything, I would have looked for another hotel. Everything is dented and looks very used and it just didn't feel like anything there was in good shape. When I turned on the AC black flakes flew out!? There is no soundproofing to speak of. You could literally hear every sound of the neighboring apartments - as I am sure they could hear everything out of the apartment as well. I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you are a light sleeper. All correspondence is made via WhatsApp and one doesn't even get a name of the person you're talking to. Also, apparently, they don't take calls, only texts. It all worked out in the end, though it felt very impersonal.

  : There's a small kitchenette in the room. I am only 5 foot two and I could not reach the cover doors to open them. The beds sags slightly in the middle but it's not too uncomfortable.

  : The apartment had everything we needed including cooking facilities for breakfast and lunch (dinner too but we went out). The location was central to the main sites and transportation as well as shops and restaurants.
  : The contact with the host was unusual. It seemed to require effort to get an exact location for the taxi driver. The check in process was entirely remote but we werent aware thats what was happening. Im my WhatsApp communication with the host i felt a disconnect. The method of checkin wasnt made clear to me or I entirely missed it. Perhaps this is normal in Spain but I had never encountered it. With every text as we approached the apartment I kept expecting to meet the host in person. In fact in one of the texts I told the host I was looking forward to meeting him. It seemed weird that I was told to press a button advise when through a door. Press another button and advise when through that door. Next text is to go to the unit and advise when we were there. Suddenly the door pops open and Im calling out hello but still no one was there. Without warning the door locks (we realized later it was on a timer) but it felt weird and like we were being watched. There was no instruction on how to turn halls lights on to walk up and down the stairs or how to get out of the building without keys. The host took over an hour to respond to my text regarding departure instructions and because we didnt know you could get out of the building without the keys we did this ridiculous manoeuvre to prop building doors open whole I ran back up to leave the keys in the unit. I heard back after we were already in the metro. The whole process would have been fine and unique had we known what was happening. Also, with only brief WhatsApp texting we didnt get a high level orientation to the neighbourhood that we have experienced with booking.com hosts in the past.

  : Excellent central location, busy area with lots of restaurants, shops etc.
  : Difficult arrangements to get in (and not obvious how to get out!). Everything done by WhatsApp, never met any staff. Need for internet access to get in was not clear when we booked. Very small even for a "Studio". Very dark on exiting lift, hard to find light for hallway. Lots of unnecessary preliminaries (e.g. register online, request to make a deposit in case of damage, through an online facility, but without sending link, to be told later to ignore it.). Washer-drier didn't work. Asked about leaving bags after checkout to pick up later, and told it might be possible - information that we couldn't but could have a discount for a commercial locker came very late. Asked to leave keys on the table after checkout when they were needed to open the street door.
