  : Alberto waited to handover the keys though I was delayed due to a delay in the flight, however was scary for a moment when he sent a message at 14:23 (check-in time informed to the property as 14:00 - 15:00) that the check-in could be possible only at 19:30 due to the delay. Since document details were submitted online, was an easy handover
  : The property is well-equipped, including even an ethernet cable, adaptors , toilet rolls sufficient for the stay (sometimes you are given only one in other properties and you need to buy your own for the couple of day hence appreciate the same). The location is a 10+ , safe clean street, relatively quiet apartment block, an El Corte Ingles and metro a stone throw away. Wi-fi was good. However, the property is not suitable for 3 persons, even with a young kid it is challenge. Main challenge is the limited space and the glass doors of the toilet and the glass bedroom partition which limits privacy. Effectively it is studio converted into a one bedroom with a glass partition. The space would be best suited for couple. Suggestions - a better quality shower gel would be great, the one offered feels too industrial (we used our own). The carpet looked/was not clean. For those who love a hot shower, the temperature does not get very hot - hot shower lovers will understand what I mean, especially after a long day visiting the city. The warm water is centrally controlled in the building and at it maximum it was good (normal temp.). The pictures of the property don't lie but they are from when the property was new - let's say the property has been used since and shows signs of wear and tear. Overall excellent location, well-equipped but a tight space with some freshening up needed if it has to be a 9+ review score which it has. With all the positives, I would still score it lower mainly as it is not suitable for 3 persons and does not feel complete value for the 200 EUR/night charge we paid.

  : The apartment was central, modern and has everything you need. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Bathroom fine with a great shower. Very clean. Alberto the owner was lovely and very informative with local attractions. Gave great advice. I look forward to going back.

  : One minor thing, we've been told that the flat won't be ready untill 2:30. Maybe it was mentioned when we booked the room but I haven't checked it. so we arrived Madrid 9:30am, and we've been given the keys at 12:30 ( and with all fairness, the landlord said the previous tenant was late and they were trying to get the flat ready for us)
  : a little bit noisy from the flat above, you can hear them sliding the wardrobe doors and talking. But if you have the TV on, you won't haer the noise.

  : Small, but well equipped and well organised apartment. Close to Arguelles metro station, with supermarkets and good places to eat nearby. Suited me very well.

  : The location was excellent - close to a Metro station, and also in walking distance of a variety of stores, a large park, and even the city centre and its many attractions. Also the apartment was very well-equipped, and had air-conditioning (which was helpful during a period of warm weather).
  : Collecting the keys was slightly tricky but the instructions (provided via WhatsApp on arrival in Madrid) were very clear and helpful. Also there was no desk to work on, but I could sit on a stool at a kitchen bench and that worked OK. These two things were relatively minor issues that did not detract from what was otherwise a great stay.

  : It's a small apartment but very well put together so there is a discernible bedroom, living room and kitchen in a small space. Apartment looks into the interior courtyard of a building, so not much view, but also zero traffic/street noise. Literally next door to a department store's back entrance and right around the corner from a supermarket. We enjoyed our stay.
  : As mentioned, it's a small space, but the design makes it seem bigger. Also, the view would be nicer with some greenery. But these are nitpicking given the quiet and the price.
