  : Perfect location, clean room, everyday cleaning. If you are focused on spending your time out and you need the hotel only to have a rest - it's an ideal solution. Very friendly staff, it was no problem to leave our luggage after check out
  : No common area, no kitchenette, no fridge. Even coffee machine for coins was broken:(

  : This was our second stay here - Madrid was our stopover. We spent 3 nights here, and after two weeks, on our way back home, two nights. Just like last time, we appreciate the great location, spacious and quiet rooms....
  : ....but the previous time the staff was different, much friendlier and helpful. Knowing that we would be returning via Madrid and our flight was arriving very early, we asked if we could come in the morning just to leave our bags. We were told it was no problem. That's why we decided to stay at this hotel on our way back. Unfortunately, when we arrived in the morning (8.30) to leave our luggage, as we agreed, a very rude service man said that he was sleeping now and check-in was at 2 pm. We left our luggage in the luggage room for these few hours (20 ), and we slept in the park... Then it turned out that most of the rooms were empty and it was only up to the good will of this man how we would spend those few hours in the morning in Madrid. No kitchen - the hotel consists of a huge number of larger and smaller rooms. Dedicating one room to a communal kitchen would be a great convenience.

  : The location was perfect!
  : We were kicked out of our room, we were 30 minutes late after the scheduled check out time, 12:00 PM, we left the room at 12:34 the staff were waiting at the door for us to vacate the Room saying they were going to charge another day, definitely the worst check out experience I've had in my life. I have a flight at 11 pm, I wanted to enjoy my last minute in the room without having to go to the airport and my mother and I went through this very bad experience.

  : It was situated at a great part of Madrid ! Very good price quality
  : There was no airco or fan in the room. When we were staying there it was 30 degrees but it was really hot in the room

  : The shared baths were plentiful and clean. Excellent location right next to the Sol metro with many places to eat located in the area. Loved that there was an elevator so as not to deal with luggage going up steps
