: The property is in a quiet neighborhood and it has every item needed for living there, from kitchen tools to towels. The apartment is very spacious and is well isolated so you don't hear noises from one room to other.
: Being at the 7th floor was a bit of a challenge, especially due to the heat, but the air conditioning worked ok. We did not like the following: being overcharged for someone handing us the keys, and that person didn't know where exactly was the apartment in the building, being charged extra for one bottle of water (around 9 euros!!!), having just a key for the whole family and having only one remote control for the air conditioners. All in all, there were not major issues to ruin our trip.

: The building had a lift which is why we choose the apartment.
: The company were a nightmare to deal with very poor communication and extra charges for everything. Then after checkout they refused to refund my deposit even though the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned and in fact left in better condition than when we arrived (on arrival the mats in the bedrooms were covered in coarse white pet hair as if a dog had been sleeping on them). We took video evidence of each room cleaned an we left including bedding which we didn,t need to do. However the company stull refused to refund the deposit. I would also add we paid for a cleaner to come in during or 4 week stay at the cost of 105 Euros because they insisted it on it even though we were doing our own cleaning. However they also charge a 105 Euros charge for a final clean after you leave. We booked for another week as one of our party still needed to stay there they then added another 105 Euros final clean onto the that week stay, and when we booked another week as the member of our party still could not leave due to health reasons they charged us another 105 Euros for another final clean on that week stay also. TOTAL CON ARTISTS. They refused to reurn the deposit made all sorts of outragous excuses and stopped communicating not even to my request to send my invoices to me. During this time I discovered the company had taken a lage sum of money from my bank account without my knowledge or consent 5 days after we had checked out. I contacted my bank who then blocked my card so they could not take any more and I am currently in a dispute to have the money returned. In the end I had to go to booking.com for help on the matter and thankfully we had the videos as proof ( which I would advise others to do also). Booking.com refunded my deposit themselves after seeing the videos and proofs of money taken by the company and they themselves had trouble getting the company to respond. So word of advise, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. TOTAL SCAMMERS. THIEVES. CON ARTISTS.
