  : Is just terrible, disgusting humidity smell avoid this place and also the service when we complain was terrible, they were just useless and didnt even want to try to help. We had to pay another Hotel was just imposible to sleep there, we just lost or money and even that in the moment they had another apartment on booking available they just didnt change us or gave any options. Someone came and said that the apartment smell was ok so we lost or money and move to other Place.
  : The Apartment looks nice but smells terrible, even that seems no evidence of humidity the place is imposible to stay without get sick specially for kids, or someone with allergy problems.

  : The apartment itself is very well equipped for self-catering. Also lots of storage space.Very handy for Metro links: 2 min walk to Ventas, 5 mins to Manuel Becerra.Lots of shops nearby. On main bus routes as well (although we only used Metro).
  : Probably a mis-communication at the time of booking, but I wasn't aware of the app required to get access to the building & apartment. This needs to be registered prior to arrival with all guest passport details. So this was very frustrating when we arrived - family group of 3, and one not arriving til following day - but eventually (it took an hour) managed to resolve by booking.com and phone with property management team.There is no personal meet & greet, it is all managed remotely from the app, however when we made contact, staff were very helpful.Glad we were a family group - you have to go thro the twin/bunk room to get to the other bedroom, but at least that had an en-suite. Bedrooms & bathrooms very small.

  : very good location close to the metro, buses, supermarkets, lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment lots of storage space. The system with the app was easy to use.
  : Not enough amenities for 5 people for a whole week (only 1 bag for the trash, only 2 tabs for the dishwasher). As it is an inside apartment it can feel a bit dark and you need to ve very intentional about airing otherwise it feels a bit damp

  : the use of the wifi in order to open the door to the apartment. the wifi was very bad and made it very difficult to open the main door.

  : They are misguiding by writing address of their head office showing that property is located in central Madrid. This is extremely false information. When we reached that address as written on Booking.com advertisement, there was MIT office only, no apartment. Their staff gave correct address of property and we have to take taxi to reach there. Apartment is not in the city center. We selected this apartment only because of city center location they have written in their advertisement

  : Near to metro station and supermarkets.well equiped and cosy for a family. The two bathrooms were very helpful.
  : Everything automated and if you do not have wifi might be a problem to access apartment. Room a bit small and bathroom water evacuation very slow. The guarantee requested and terms imposed after payment made via booking.com not clear and the apartment access removed at some point in time and we had to call for access to be reestablished.

  : The bedroom with the bunkbed is small. We rented the apartment for 5 people and there were only 4 tablechairs.
