  : The location of the apartment is good. Fortunately, there is air conditioning .
  : - The cleanliness of the flat at check-in was poor. Indeed, we found insects in the flat, including a cockroach on the lamp in the first bathroom and in the toilet. Later we found another one on the door. In the second bathroom there was dust and a fingernail on the floor. This is not normal when 110 cleaning is included in the rental price. We left the flat in a better state when we left than when we arrived. - Check-in. When checking in we had to wait over an hour for someone to answer the phone and another half hour for someone to be sent to open the door. Waiting outside in the rain: not cool, not professional. - Regarding the reservation. Be careful with the photos in the confirmation emails, they may be those of other accommodation in the same advert.

  : Fantastic location! Very quiet yet so close to amenities eg plaza Santa Ana. We love this area of Madrid. Rooftop terrace was definitely a bonus, especially as weather was so nice. very easy to get in and out apartment with the MIT app. Office staff v helpful and easy to contact re two issues we had.
  : showering for 8 people was a problem. hot water continuously ran out! No shampoo, shower gel or cleaning agents left at apartment. Not enough cups and glasses for the amount of persons staying. Rooms quite cramped, accommodation sleeps 10?! Think this would be very difficult, we only had 8 (last min cancellation) and it was a squeeze. If it wasnt for roof terrace space for 8 people wouldve been an issue.

  : 1.The apartment was not how it appeared in the photos. Not a very pleasant place to stay. 2. The bathrooms were extremely small, utilitarian and had almost no water pressure.3. The check-in process via the MIT app was impossible and we wasted almost two hours trying to get it to work. in the end, we just emailed photos of our passports.4. We would have liked to have an actual key rather than relying on our smartphone app to open the door. This system was not very smooth. We were concerned about our phone dying and being able to get in. We called to request a keystaff was unsympathetic and borderline rude about it.

  : The location. It is very near all major places. Streets are a little noisy sometimes, but nothing bad. That was the only thing we liked. The rest was just not as good.
  : Cleanliness happened to be a concept alien to this place. We found two cockroaches and a band-aid on arrival. The second bed was really a sofa that should have been converted into a bed. That proved to be an impossible task because the mattress was totally broken. It was impossible to sleep there, so the couple that joined us in our second night stayed at the house while we found a hotel because workers at the emergency number told us there was nothing they could do. The staff was clearly overexploited and had to deal with all the mismanagment that rained upon them. We, of course, have sued them and hope that our bad experience helps others to get as far as they can from scammers like these.
