  : the key to the staircase did not work properly , we ended up on the streets at 11 pm for half an hour with a 6 year old crying on the sidewalk because we couldnt open the front door . they knew this from the moment they checked us in (it also took them a considerable time to open the door ) yet they did nothing about it . this is a place that only cares about taking your money, not the least bit about your comfort (or basic services such as access to the apartment you are renting ). a really sketchy apartment rental company, I recommend staying away from them and renting a hotel room. booking customer service was made aware of the situation yet did nothing about it

  : The corridors were very dirty. The upstairs repairs made a terrible noise from morning to night. The staff was not responsive. They did not come for cleaning even once. The building and room had no light.
