  : The place was great, clean nice, comfy. the area is good, safe but you may need to take the subway to go to the centre of Madrid.
  : You need to download an app and from there you have access to open the door. the problem is when you dont have great signal and only can be opened from the app so at least my husbandand I had to download it and dont forget you phone:) also if you travel and arrive early in the morning plsn where to stay as I requested before but was able to enter at 3pm and to leave the luggage you need to conatct the office that opens at 9am and can drop the luggage but its in a differnet place as the apartment so that was not convenient. I found it a little expensive considering the location but in general prices were high for Madrid...

  : The sofa was extremely wet and we couldnt sit on it for the whole stay. We informed booking.com who apologized. We were expecting that the apartment owner would atleast provide other temporary pillows.There werent any cleaning items and detergents to be used for the dishwasher or washing machines, etc. other facilities offered all those for free during our stay in the same area and their stay was for less! There is a 200 euros damage deposit, and we were locked out before check in and they didnt inform us that we need to pay it.

  : The apartment was great. It was spacious, clean and well equipped (kitchenware, washing machine, etc.).
  : One of the bathroom doors couldn't be closed properly.There wasn't any soap or shampoo, and likewise there weren't any kitchen consumables like salt, oil, sugar, coffee or tea.

  : Location and privacy were two main qualities. The assistants responding was fast and helpful.
  : When we arrived, the property was cold and the heating system didnt work. Although after I called the support they fixed the problem soon, I expected they have had controlled and fixed the issues before our arrival.Another thing is that the apartment doesnt have any views to the street.

  : Bright clean apartment. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was good with underground stations close by and supermarket round the corner. Neighbourhood felt safe enough.
  : The app to open the door was a little stressful. It didn't open on the first few attempts. It was better once my phone was linked to the apartment WiFi but still didn't open first time every time and I was worried about my phone running out of battery and not being able to get back in.
