  : The place was fairly spacious
  : The place was in a ground floor and the main door was wade out of glass which made us feel very unsafe as it would have been easy to break in, it was like sleeping in a shop. The check in process was poorly managed, we received the wrong indications - we were told to download an app to open the door when actually there was a little safe to open to get the key, but we learned about this just by calling.Given that the process was so unclear, some people had the same issues in understanding and the first night at 3am they rang our bell, hoping it was their accomodation. As you can imagine, we got quite scared by this.The keys provided: 1 set, though it was 3 of us. We asked for more but no way.There were literally 2 plates, 2 glasses and 2 mugs in the place.They provided us with a teeny tiny bottle of shower gel though it was 3 of us for 3 nights.I slept in the living room (sofa bed) and it was crazy noisy (water noises especially) it was impossible to sleep without earplugs.Not recommended!

  : Location is very nice, close to the metro, Well equiped apartment. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
  : The app they require to install to enter the facility is not working properly. In addition, it is absolutely GDPR hostile. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have canceled my stay. The facility itself is fine, but that post-conditioning without prior notice leaves a very bitter taste. I don't recommend it.

  : Due to a problem in the Booked appartment the day before we arrived, mit house offered us an appartment in calle ayala 89. Big, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms., 180m2 meters.Well situated, close to the Subway station and bus stop. Thanks, see you again next time we visit our son in madrid.
  : White wallis, old appartment which needs a big of color f.e a spanish picture/canvas painting on the wallis in the bedrooms, sittingroom
