  : The connection to the city and to the airport is great!
  : The walls were pretty thin, I had to listen to my neighbors having sex half of the night. Also, if someone closes a door Id hear it as if its my door and the bed shakes a bit. I had two separate beds which I requested last minute, I think booking.com didnt send the memo to the hotel but I did get the beds at the end.

  : It is close to airport in a nice neighborhood with a lot of free parking around. Very good breakfast. Nice selection of cold and hot, savory and sweet. Good coffee.
  : It is not easy to get to the room with heavy bags. Outside complex walk and uncomfortable stairs. Not suitable for older people. The receptionist looks angry at me because I didnt understand her explanations. Other than that she was professional. The shower water pressure was on the weak side.

  : Where should I even begin , we were supposed to land at 1 am but our flight got delayed which I clearly informed the staff at Osuna through booking ! Since I knew that my check in would be late I kept asking them if it should be ok , they told me their reception was 24/7 open along with that I strictly demanded a cot for my one year old who is very risky to leave alone , let me ensure you that I asked MULTIPLE times throughout many months to which the answer was yes , yet to my surprise when I arrive , the concierge is the least bit interested to even help , at 3:30 am with a one year old im trying to struggle with getting my bags without even the courtesy to ask if I need any help the concierge very coldly asks us for our papers before even saying hello ! I am from the hospitality industry and this honestly goes beyond what we are supposed to do . After our not so welcoming - welcome , we are bluntly told to that thats the door ,you can take ur bags to the superior rooms which has a whole flight of stairs once again not even a single mention of help. Now the worst of all , I enter the room and find no cot , what I do find is a patchy wall , a sofa bed that wont close , the bin full of garbage from the previous customers ! At 4:30 am Im there with a one year old trying to look for a solution with a concierge who had nothing but excuse to give and very rudely spoke to my husband when he asked why we didnt have a cot ! We spent the rest of the night awake ! In the morning my husband spoke to the general manager who warmly offered us breakfast and a late check-out which was funny because I remember asking for a late check out which I was willing to pay for earlier in my messages as we had some time to kill between the shift to our new hotel to which I was refused saying that they were booked so its very funny how the booking ended up magically disappearing !
