  : The location is very good. The bus is available nearly as well as the metro. Lots of places to eat.The hosts are very nice people and helpful.

  : Unbeatable value for the money in central Madrid. Spotless.
  : No significant issue. English Language skills of the staff are somewhat limited. That said,they went out of their way to help me and make my stay comfortable.

  : I liked that the checkout time was 12:00 noon because my check-in to a substitute hotel was at 1:00 pm so I made sure to stay almost to the last minute.
  : They gave me a bad room next to a shared bathroom, that is shared by foreign migrant workers.I woke up at night every time someone went to that shared bathroom both because they slammed the door and because the noise of the water going down or the migrant workers would wash their plates and cutlery in that bathroom making a lot of noise in the sink. The room was very small and damp and the windows wouldn't lock. In my bathroom there was constant water on the floor from a leaking sewer pipe.It's a place for foreign migrant workers, not for tourism.

  : The location is amazing. Metro station is a few minutes away, Churreria, and Empanadas place, and 100 Montaditos within walking distance. We were able to start exploring at 10(when the nearby Churreria opens), until 23:00, without having to worry about long track back. On a few occasions, we even got back because we forgot something, and the delay was minimal. The building is unassuming and quiet. Staff is very nice and friendly (although my partner is a native speaker, so I am not sure how well I would fare with just English).
  : While the heating was on and perfectly comfy in the evening, it seemed to shut off somewhere during the night. It was fine, as the provided bed comforter kept the heat perfectly, but it was mentally harder to get out of bed in the morning(Outside temperatures were around 2-3 degrees C in the morning).
