  : Excellent location, so close to Gran Via and Malasaa. Small flat but it was ok for two people. The heater in all rooms worked great. The apartment was clean and it's very quiet.

  : Excellent location, so close to Gran Via and Malasaa. Small flat but very cozy and comfortable. You can access by elevator. The heater in all rooms worked great, There is one in the living room, another one in the bedroom and also also there is a third one in the bathroom besides the toilette which is so nice :). You also have the option for air conditioner (warm/cold) but it was not necessary to use it. The apartment was very clean and it's very quiet. In the living room there are two large windows to the backyard, not a nice view but you get natural light and fresh air during the day. Internet was fine. For sure we will come back :)
  : The kettle (to boil water) was not working but there are two coffee pot to use in the electric stove, it was enough. Bigger pillows for the bed and an electric coffee machine will be so welcome.

  : 1- The Internet is stable and very good. However, because of how noisy the heating system is I cannot recommend this place to work remotely, at least during the winter. 2- The location is very good, right in the middle of the very hip Malasaa and close to all of Madrids main attractions. The neighbourhood gets super busy during weekends though, and its very difficult to find a restaurant to eat if you dont have a reservation. 3- The bed was comfortable and the room dark enough.
  : Everything feels like its done with minimum effort and at the lowest cost possible for them.1-Upon entrance they make you pay a 200 deposit fee, which is very down below in the terms and conditions. This made me uncomfortable and they don't provide a receipt. I had to ask the employee to give me his signature with the copy of the transaction, and 48 hours after check-out I was reached out to send that copy because they had lost theirs. They also make you sign an agreement that you dont have a chance to see beforehand but are forced to sign there and then.2- The heating system is so noisy that when its on, you cant think of anything else. I would not recommend this place for working or focus time during the winter.3- Towels are the lowest quality available. The kind that doesnt leave you dry after using them. I would expect much better for 100 a night.4- The apartment feels cramped (specially the bathroom) and faces a very unattractive yard (this is fine, but it wasnt in the pictures so youre surprised upon entrance).5- There was a creepy neighbour who kept staring into my apartment while I was here. I had to open the window and ask him to please stop looking.6- A lamp next to the bed got lose on its own and fell down, which means it was poorly installed.7- The showers temperature was impossible to control as it oscillated from cold to hot, which made showering a challenge.8- The heating system is very difficult to understand and is not very reliable. Its either full heating or nothing. Upon the check-in this was very poorly explained.9- The apartment is not really equipped with anything, not even a coffee machine. At the check-in they give you two (!) rolls of toilet paper and thats it. I expect basic equipment such as paper towels, a kettle, a coffee machine, some places even give you some coffee. Other times they just leave out things that other guests left behind, but here you have to buy basic groceries that youre bound to leave...

  : 1.Worst and smallest toilet that i ever seen2.very dirty 3.bed is queen size its not suit for3 people I booking this place for 5 nights. But i stay only 1 hour and i decision to leave the room to stay in hotel 5 nights
