  : The property was pretty close to the airport. We were only at the hotel from about 2 AM to 10 AM in between flights. I chose it only for the location.
  : There are a few issues with our stay. First of all, getting the shuttle to pick us up in the middle of the night was a challenge. They didn’t want us to call until we were actually at the pick up spot which I understand but then it took another 20 to 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and it was almost 2 in the morning. When the shuttle arrived, there was a woman in the shuttle who had just been picked up, which is understandable, but I wish they just told us they were picking up another guest as we were just standing there with our two children waiting. The whole reason we chose this hotel was for the proximity and the shuttle. I had called in advance to tell them what time I was arriving. The second main issue with the hotel was that we booked a family quad, almost €300. When we got into the room, it was stifling hot. I don’t think it had been aired out in days. We turned on the air conditioning, but it did no good as we baked in our beds for the next few hours. There was absolutely no air circulating. If a 4 star hotel is going to book a $$ transit room, they should do the bare minimum of turning the air on before the guests arrive. This was a huge bummer. There was no sheet on the bed, only a duvet, so it was impossible to cool down. Too late to call down to the front desk being in the middle of the night and we only had a few hours to sleep before our next flight.The bunk bed comfort level. My children said it was the worst bed they slept in two weeks in Spain. They were the least expensive types of thin useless mattresses you would find and not suitable for a four star hotel. Finally, there was only one bottle of water for the four of us.Will not recommend or return.
