  : The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the Prado, Parque de Retiro, Palacio Real and everything in between. We had an interior room with a balcony, so it was quiet even though we were on a lively street.

  : -The photos do not match the quality of the rooms. They are very misleading AND you need to email directly to ATTEMPT to get any of the rooms advertised.- the staff was incredibly rude and unreliable. I emailed them 2 months in advance to reserve rooms that were handicap accessible for my father who suffered a stroke and has limited mobility. I sent specifications for a bathtub and for a room that faced the courtyard so that my elderly parents can sleep without being disturbed by the city noise. After a lot of tedious back and forth requesting photos for rooms that fit our requirements for a comfortable stay, we finally confirmed the rooms, again 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. However, when we arrive, jet-lagged and exhausted, we were told upon check in that the room for my disabled father was given to someone else without giving us any notice. I tried to explain to the manager why this was so frustrating/disappointing, but most of all, completely unacceptable as my father could slip and fall in a shower which is why I attempted to request such a specific amenity in the first place, but I was told what I will tell you now, which is to simply find another place to stay. My father, did in fact, slip in the shower, and thankfully my mother was there to catch him before a trip to the emergency room would ruin a much needed family trip. We are not wealthy people. We work really hard to save for vacations like this that do not come around often, so we made due with what we were given and were determined to make the best of it. But you have the luxury of making the best decision for your family with our hindsight and we believe you deserve better.-furthermorethey absolutely refused to give any financial compensation for their mistake. They instead blamed booking.com (who by the way, were AMAZING advocates for us).-WiFi is terrible so dont expect that ti work either.
