  : The bathroom was clean. The apartment was well equipped and provided all the basics needed for our stay.
  : On arrival at the apartment it was down a very dimly lit run down street - would not feel safe as a solo traveller. Lots of rubbish just left in the street. On one evening someone disposed of a sofa out of a top floor window and in landed in the street and was then left there. On entering the room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke despite apparently being a non-smoking room. The hosts did change the bed sheets on our request the following day as they smelled strongly of smoke and provided air fresheners which did improve things but the smell was still there - clearly smokers have used the room on multiple occasions. It was so strong that it caused difficultly to sleep at night, despite having the windows open or the air con on all the time. This was a major problem for us. Also upon arrival there was animal hair on the sofa (looked like cat) - the hosts did hoover this the next day on our request. The wifi did not work in the room. The host kept telling us to turn the router on and off but we could not locate the router. On our final night they agreed to change the router and it transpired that the original router was never in the room at all and in another part of the building - probably why it did not work in the first place. The apartment is in the centre of town and we accept that some noise is to be anticipated, however it should be pointed out that the apartment is literally next door to a night club that is open nightly from what seems to be around midnight until 6am. The music from the club sounded like it was in the room, there was shouting and banging in the street as people left the club at all hours. Overall we were very disappointed with this stay and felt this was below the standard we have come to expect from a booking.com property

  : The location (at the edge of the old town) is good, i.e. it is close to all important sites. The apartment is a newly reconstructed flat with practical furniture.
  : The neighbourhood is ‘special”. Some of the houses are under reconstruction, others are empty, garbage containers are 3 meters from the windows, i.e the place is noisy day and night. The "office" is 10 min walking distance, the personal is neither professional nor flexible. It took 1.5 days to get the WIFI code! The charge 150 EUR as “security deposit”.

  : Modern flat, with equipped kitchen, close to historic centrum, very clean with climatization. Food shop and restaurants around the corner.Washing machine and dining table and resting area. Very helpful and nice staff.
  : No standard windows, with milk glass, less of daylight. Rubbish bins in front of the flat, noisy area, especially during the nights during the weekend.

  : Location is good. Staff is super friendly
  : My booking said 2 double beds on booking. But i was given 1 bed and a sofa after I've told that the room i booked only has one bed despite the advertisement. Had to wait for an hour in the reception as they figured it out. The staff were very nice to me but that didn't solve my problem. We were made to pay 150€ deposit which isnt mentioned on the page and i have never had to do that ever before while using booking.com. Also was told that i was expected to throw away the garbage bags when i leave even though my booking had a cleaning charge included? And we had a problem with ants in the room. They were nice to come and check up on it but none the less i surely didnt expect that from a place rated 8.9/10
