  : This hotel was a nightmare for my trip in Malaga. I have paid 306 euro for 3 nights and I was expecting something worth the money. Sadly it is the opposite. Couple of days before my flight, I was told by the host to pay 100 euro deposit via email . I was puzzled as deposit was never demanded from the guest before their arrival from my experience but it does not apply to this circumstance because there is no concierge. Due to lack of concierge, when I have any issue during my stay, I have to message the host for help and it takes some time for them to get back and physically help. WiFi was very unstable, every evening I would lost the internet for sometime and will have to use data instead . Room is reasonably clean but I still found hairs from the previous guest on my bed. On the first evening when I arrived, I suffered from coldness in the evening and have only found a duvet in the wardrobe without cover on. The next day the host told me that the cover is on the top of the bed. I was misled by it being a bedsheet. (Was even wondering if it is reasonable for me to put the duvet cover on myself given this is a 3-star hotel not a hostel. Though the host did eventually turned up and help after me asking).On my second day staying, when I would like to take some rest in the middle of the day, the front door lock panel become down and I have been locked out together with another couple who also live in the hotel. Contacted the host immediately and got blamed of me not operating correctly? This got me really crossed as it is not the first time of me using the door and it has all worked fine previously. My name has been spelled incorrectly and after me flagging this out, I have got no apologies from the host at all.What is the worst was my window face directly to another the opposite building and it is a male accommodation. People from the other building can see completely what is inside the room through the window.

  : The apartment is small but has everything you could possibly need, including a folding table and 2 chairs and even an iron in the wardrobe. Erika was lovely and helpful
  : The shower is very small, and it was quite awkward
