  : Just run and go somewhere else. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had : - You must go to another place far by 15min to get the keys and then come back to your place. - They have no respect for time or for clients, they came 30minutes late to give us the keys without even apologizing ! - They gave us the wrong keys, none of them was opening the door. - When I called back, they refused to believe me, asking to have numerous whatsapp video calls showing them that the door doesnt open as if I was an employee. - No one was on the building to solve the issue. - It took us more than two hours to get to our room, waiting outside. - They dare to ask us to come to some street to Malaga to get the correct keys instead of coming and apologizing. Telling us thats normal life - They refused to give us a discount after all this mess. This is a joke and a shame, not a staff. Spend your money elsewhere.

  : The location was brilliant and exactly where we wanted to be. Very central to the market, cafes, bars, shops and sites of Malaga. The Studio apartment had everything you need for a short break and was well equipped. It felt very secure and safe. Communication with LetMalaga was good but ensure you inquire about personal details they need before arriving. We had a late flight home to England but were able to leave our cases in the LetMalaga offices (on the other side of the city!) after checking out of the apartment. This was a great help.
  : Three things: 1. Just before leaving for the airport to fly to Malaga I contacted LetMalaga as I had not been given any instructions about being let into the apartment when we arrived later that day. I had a reply but my partner and I were asked to provide identification and security deposit details, including sending photos of ourselves which took a long time to complete. Ensure you ask about this and leave enough time to complete it all as we just assumed someone would be at the apartment to meet us as we had not heard anything else since making the booking. 2. We arrived into Malaga Central on the airport Express bus, late in the evening on a very busy Friday night, about 10pm. Unfortunately as we discovered only earlier that day, no one from the office could meet us to hand over the keys so we had to walk right passed the apartment to the other side of town to the Letmalaga offices, through the busy streets, dragging our suitcases, to collect the apartment keys from a keysafe outside the office building. Then walk all the way back before we could gain access to it. Luckily we had been to Malaga before so had some bearings of the city but I had to press for specific instructions and directions and photos of where to find the correct location of the key safe as it was going to be dark! 3. The studio apartment was great but lacked any view and had limited natural light. The one window in the kitchen area looked out onto the sides of other apartments in the buidings, and you could only just glimpse the sky above the apartments above. If you want a view of the street or the city, this apartment isn't for you!

  : This unit needs to be fix asap, poor cleaning all around the apartment, dust everywhere, including kitchen countertop and tv. There is a big Air conditioning unit issue, creates mold around the walls, floor and baseboard, that cause me and my partner respiratory infeccin that needs to be treated with antibiotic, the worst of this rental unit is, a big container that needs to be use to collect the condensation coming from the Mini split unit and needs to be empty many times during your stay, causing a big headache!
