  : The apartment was comfortable and had good facilities for our stay representing value for money. The staff we dealt with were very helpful and responsive to a booking which was arranged at very short notice, communicating by email text etc to keep us informed of how to collect keys access the apartment. It's in a good location situated near to the old town's attractions, restaurants and shops.
  : The apartment is near to university facilities and was quite noisy on an evening with people chatting into the early hours. The worst aspect was dogs owned by nearby residents which barked during the night and early in the morning disrupting our sleep. We bought ear plugs on our second day to drown out the noise ! It would be useful to have an information book on how to use appliances , where to dispose of rubbish etc

  : I had previously lived in this building for four months and enjoyed it very much; the location, the rooftop terrace etc.
  : Staying in one of their holiday homes was a bit different experience. Upon arrival we noticed some small things that were off: no plates for the oven, so we couldnt really use it; broken light bulbs that needed to be changed; a door knob that had come loose and had been left on the tv bench. We also saw some mold by the bedroom window, which wasnt very pleasant.I contacted them and they replied they would report it, but during the week we stayed there nothing was fixed. It seems to me all they do is send in cleaning staff between guests. It takes more than that to keep a place in good condition.Having said that, we still enjoyed our stay very much and I have inquired to rent one of their apartments in September-October.

  : location was perfect. the Terrence was great to have direct access to. it was clean and fresh.
  : the WiFi was really poor. the Terrence closing at 11pm was unfortunate.
