  : I liked where the apartment was located in the city and that the apartment was very clean. I also really appreciated that the staff was Always available when we Needed help
  : Sadly the sofa bed was not ready and we had to make It ourselfs.

  : We booked the room in advance then got to the office early and they made us make a deposit. Then the keys were still not ready in time for the advertised check in time. We had to wait over 2 hours for us to finally get the keys and then walk another 15 minutes to the apartment. These delays made us have to cancel our pre booked plans as we had to wait for the keys. And going further the fob to enter the apartment block didnt work, then the key was a hit and miss and we had to play around with the lock every time we wanted to enter the building. This was very poor and made us miss out on our plans as we were only in the country for a few days. Planning of this company is terrible. Dont expect to get checked in for the times advertised as we saw many other people having to wait for their keys as well.
