  : Perfect location with a lovely roof terrace. Two large bathrooms. No one else near us to cause any disturbance. Well equipped kitchen. There was a great bakery just round the corner from apartment where we bought tasty croissants & pastries each morning for breakfast. Our host stayed in touch to offer assistance which was helpful.
  : The air conditioning wasnt operating during our stay but it was in the process of being resolved. There were a few chips in the cups we used for coffee.Sofa needed a clean to remove stains.

  : The view was completely spoiled by a large broken blind which was permanently down! Totally unacceptable as we booked the apartment for the view! Reported it but only a half hearted attempt to sort it, never came back. All lamps needed new bulbs, they were taken away but not replaced. One set of keys only (told two). Faulty lock on one bathroom door, resulted in getting locked in!! Staff pleasant but not really listening....

  : Location fabulous. Property spacious, light and airy.
  : Cold showers if both bathrooms being used at same time. Lots of chipped crockery. Glass surrounding terrace could have been cleaned better, very smudged. Six bath towels provided for 6 people but only 2 hand towels for 6 people which isnt very hygienic in the current circumstances especially. A small welcome pack would have been appreciated but absolutely nothing. Lastly key to actual building very tricky to operate. Took us ages to get in sometimes.

  : Amazing location. Fabulous terrace. Very clean. Easy check-in. Spacious. Good kitchen facilities. Quiet despite being in busy area.
  : Toilet in one of the bathrooms stopped working on last day. Shower pressure not great and temp not consistent. Few mugs were chipped. Bed mattresses firm. Could do with mirrors in other bedrooms as only in one.

  : The attic apartment is in a very central location with great views across the citys skyline. It was a great place to view the spectacular sunsets and sun rises. The apartment was very quiet with no street noise even though the plaza in which it was situated had a number of very busy restaurants and bars. The apartment was finished to a very high standard with good quality appliances and a good range of crockery. It has bright, clean decor and it is exactly as it looks in the photos. We used the public parking nearby - Arriola, which is in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It worked out at 15 per day after receiving a discount voucher from the iloft reception, however you can only pay in cash at the carpark when you take your car out and its worth mentioning that it is closed on Sundays and bank holidays so you cant take your car out on those days, you have to remove it before midnight, the day before.
  : The mattresses were not very comfortable and there was only 1 pillow per person. We had a problem with the water tank/boiler as it didnt hold enough hot water for 4 people to shower one after the other. We also had the unfortunate experience of the electrical supply short circuiting which affected all the electrical appliances and meant that we had no hot water to shower for more than 24 hours (which in February, is a must!) plus no use of the dish washer or washing machine in that time either. It was a bit inconvenient as we couldnt shower to go out on Saturday night or Sunday morning. By Sunday lunchtime the problem had been resolved but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience!
