  : This is a well-equipped apartment in the heart of Malaga's Old Town. Conveniently situated in a pedestrian zone with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is very quiet up on the 4th floor when the windows are closed. Wifi is superfast! The airconditioning worked really well. And the washer/dryer was much appreciated. We had a very comfortable stay. And the folks at the H2M office are pleasant and helpful - they gave lots of useful info, and responded quickly to questions I sent thru Whatsapp. Thanks Antonio & Paula!
  : The cleaning could have been more thorough. Even tho the place was generally clean, it needs a good vacuum as there are dustballs and small debris in corners and near the walls. As well, the bathroom sliding door did not latch so we had to shove something under the door so it would not slide open. And lastly, it would have been easier not to collect the keys at the H2M office at is very cumbersome with luggages to go up to their office. But I suppose that is the system that works for them. Other than these minor issues, everything worked very well.

  : Nice flat in the heart of Malaga, with everything walking distance. Clean and modern. Exactly what you would be looking for just yourself or with your partner. Agent was very responsive with What'sApp as well, thanks to Andrej!

  : Location,however if you have a baby with you and pram etc it's difficult to fit in the lift
  : The apartment wasn't the cleanest, the AC was a bit complicated to work out(not explained property in he leaflet)-in fact the one in the bedroom didn't work at all and the staff was informed.The staff was pretending to be there if you need them,but in the end wasn't helpful at all when you had issues or complains.Was made to pay 5eur a night extra a night for a cot even tho on the website of booking.con clearly says 5 eyr per stay (like in the other properties)I've provided a proof if that being written,and expected them to correct that error and give us a refund for all the extra nights we had to pay for but they mentioned that in Spanish t&c it says 5 eur a night,so there is nothing they can do!!So i should be reading Spanish t&c because i a going to stay in Spain?.. unfortunately .i don't speak Spanish and i didn't think that was a requirement when booking via booking.com!!I've contacted the several times,and also complained to booking.com but they left me to resolve that with the property itself and they rudely said that there will be no discussion about it and that is that.Also to mention that the cot was old and grabby/dirty and when having families with babies staying and charging 5 eur a night!you would expect the cot to be clean!!i had to clean it first!If they provided correct information to start with i would of chosen another property in the sane area as it was pretty much the same price,...or cheaper after the cot fee!safe to say i would not recommend it and would not stay there again!

  : The location was absolutely perfect with a beautiful view. Minutes away from main shopping streets and bars. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything I needed for a 2 week stay. The staff at the office were very helpful and friendly. They provided a map, pointing out the nearest supermarkets etc and were regularly in contact via whatsapp to answer any questions I had and to check all was good with the apartment. Plenty of extra towels and bed linen were provided.
  : The air conditioning occasionally could be rather noisy. But that was only a minor issue. No complaints to make really.

  : The location was excellent really close to the centre and had it great views. It was clean and comfortable and was well stocked with all the things I needed. Hi to Paula in the office who was really helpful with everything.

  : The location is exceptional, right in the Old Town. The view from the window is lovely. With closed windows, you don't hear any outside noise. In the kitchen, there was everything that was needed. Our stay was good. Clean rooms and bathroom on our arrival.
  : The wall in the bedroom with the neighbor is relatively thin and we could hear noises pretty well. But that wasn't a deal breaker.

  : Walls are paper thin with neighbors that party till 4 am!!! Had to sleep on the couch 3 of the 4 nights and it had no sheets so we had to take them off the bed. BRING your own toilet paper, they provide about one days worth. The pictures are staged to make it look much bigger. No basics provided(certainly nothing in picture).
