  : Location was fabulous so was the view of the castle. The bed very comfy and sound proofing worked well.
  : You couldn't lock the balcony doors making the property insecure. Neighbour's in the same apartments were noisy.

  : A beautiful vista from the penthouse.
  : Due to plane arriving late 1am we had to find our way to a closed shopping area in the middle of the night to collect our keys. If it wasnt for the taxi driver who found it for us we would have had to go to a hotel. No kettle. Very noisy bar below 6am.

  : rooms were spacious. Location was very good, close to the city and grocery store. Walkable distance to the beach.
  : Power tripped several times as soon as we switched on two ACs and the cooking stove. The lady sitting at the reception was very polite and helpful and the problem was fixed later. It would be good if some essential stuff is added to the kitchen like chopping board etc.

  : Great apartment. Was met in the square and taken to the apartment which was brilliant. Showed us round and explained how things worked etc. The location was 10/10 and very noisy in the evenings of Friday, Sat & a bit of Sunday, But it is right in the middle so to be expected when in the centre.Netflix was a bonus. We were surrounded by fab restaurants and shops. A mini Carrefour round the corner. Comfy pillows and lots of clean bedding, towels and quilts. Terrace was great too, a real bonus. It was immaculately clean and would recommend. Just need to sort the outside terrace area! Isabel let us leave our luggage in the office on the last day too as we had a late flight which was a bonus. If you sort the terrace out and get some cushions and sun shades, would be 10/10 but great place and good service.
  : When we arrived, we went to the local shops to get water and bread etc and when we got back we couldn't get back into the flat. We tried & tried but the door wouldn't open. It seems like this is a known issue and there is a knack to it. I rang the office at midnight and thank goodness someone answered and told us the knack of opening the door. Perhaps a note on the flat door explaining how to open the door would be helpful! Having a terrace is a real bonus so it is a real issue not to have a sun shade. It gets really hot after 11am and it is really silly to have a great terrace that you cannot sit on in the middle of the day as there is no shade! Please get some shade. I would have given 10/10 instead of 7/10 as this was such an issue. Also in the pictures it shows sun beds and there aren't any so this is misleading. Please either take the pictures down or get some sun loungers. Need some cushions for the outside furniture too as the chairs are hard. Please think through the outside area as the rest of the apartment is great and a lot of the time you want to sit outside.

  : The views were amazing! The location was fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was kind and very responsive when we had an issue with a kitchen appliance.
