  : The staff at breakfast staff was great and so was the small breakfast buffet. The location was more than perfect! The building and hotel grounds are very charming and I felt like I was transported decades into the past. The view from the hotel terrace is breathtaking. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. We had a big balcony, which was a nice bonus.
  : Even though the facilities were very charming and everything was clean, I felt like this 5-star supposedly luxury hotel wasn’t very luxurious, especially in terms of hospitality. We weren’t asked a single question by the checkin staff, nor did they seem to keen on offering any local tips, apart from showing us where the gate to get to the beach was. They were friendly (most of them at least), but I would have expected more from a hotel of this caliber. Despite putting a “do not disturb“ sign on our door on the last morning, we got a knock at 9.15am from the bell boy to check the mini bar. Our check out was at 12pm and he could easily have checked the mini bar while we were at breakfast. In the end we were asked if we consumed anything from the mini bar when we checked out. This knock (he actually knocked twice after I didn’t open after the first one) was uncomfortable as I had intended to sleep in on my very brief vacation. It was very unnecessary and really affected my view of the hotel, to be completely honest. I felt like there was no regard to the guests or their experience of the hotel while on the facade everything looked very posh.The shower was a bit uncomfortable, i.e. the fitting for the shower head was awkward and kept falling down. The bathroom smelled of humidity.

  : The hotel itself, location, design and gardens are all gorgeous. The rooms are very elegant. The staff is efficient and friendly. We had a problem with the air-conditioning and a repair man was sent up within minutes. When the problem turned out to be our mistake, the repairman was very understanding. Breakfast was good, and the setting, on the terrace overlooking the sea was stunning. The gardens are ideal for a little quiet meditation. On site parking is a huge plus.
  : This cannot be considered a five star hotel as certain basic amenities were missing. There was no complimentary water in the room, no iron and ironing board in the entire hotel (we had to pay 10€ to have one polo shirt ironed by the laundry service), and no coffee machine or even a kettle in the room. Also, the light in the room entrance hall (outside the bathroom, and supposedly illuminating the safe, wardrobe and mini fridge) was absolutely useless. It worked, but gave no appreciable light at all! Also, we were woken by a knock on our door at 9:30am on the day of our departure to check our minibar!

  : Property is beautiful, you fall asleep with the music of the waves. Very nice interior, just my taste.
  : Property is good but one waiter thinks he is a guest, he rather brings you wrong items such you didn’t ask for and thinks that he’s being really funny, but he’s not. Is not professional at all, doesn’t keep the distance. Ruined everything.

  : breakfast was good quality , maybe a bit more variety may have been better , view from breakfast table was very good and pleasant .....overall a very pleasant experience.
  : for a 5 star , there were no facilities in my room to make a cup of coffee , but it was not a big issue for us .i never liked a shower in a bath tub which was the case.
