  : Food was basic. But ok. Enough of it. The main reason for going were the slides in the pool but they werent open. So that was a bit disappointing but our 6 year old was happy with just the pool. Had she been older this would have been very disappointing. That info should have been made available when we booked. It could have spoilt the experience but luckily she was young enough to not be affected too greatly.

  : Employees were really nice and polite. Breakfast was really nice and there were enough options.
  : Smell of the room was terrible and I was really happy that we stayed there just for 1 day. During the night we close the window and in the morning the terrible smell from the canalisation woke us up.

  : My dds 8 and 12 absolutely loved the water park and at the end of May, it was quiet so there was no queuing, plenty of places to base ourselves and parasols,
  : You get what you pay for. It was very basic but as we were primarily there for the aqua park and only staying one night, it was fine. Air con in one of our rooms didnt work that well.

  : 4 star hotel hilarious, hotel was like the ones you see in Carry on films of the 60s 70s from the get go electric key for car park did not work, receptionists said yes it does I said oh no it dont, security used real key, anyway fiasco carry on for a day or so, next told had to use next door hotel for evening meal, yuk it was terrible, best or worse was to come, breakfast in hotel was just terrible, ham salami (synthetic cheese brightly coloured salami and some sausage meat thing was the choice mother else) I would not feed to a dog, told I could use other hotel for breakfast, so bought my own breakfast and took to dining room, noticed others did the same, many guests took one look and left, worse part is this hotel promoted by Booking, want my money back Booking.com, the pool area is only redeeming feature, and some of the pool staff, toilet in en-suite unsteady, shower no hook to stand under shower, the owners of the hotel want to wipe the smile off of their guests faces, I feel embarrassed for them, and Booking.com you take responsibility for this as you say its a promoted hotel.
  : What could be better err Not to stay at this hotel, or at least treat your guests as humans, food terrible no not terrible disgusting more like, maybe close down hotel and refit or knock down hotel and rebuild, its well past its sell by date. Your front of house staff very arrogant, uninterested unresponsive, Ive used Booking.com and never reviewed a hotel so negatively, probably stayed in around forty five hotels over the last five years.

  : The staff were lovely and most helpful. The quality of food on offer was of a very high standard and with a good selection.
  : There was no air conditioning in my room at the Hotel Garbi Mar, this resulted in each evening becoming so hot and humid, which resulted in difficult evenings to get to sleep. The whole staff were fantastic. It must be said that the Garbi Mar is not suitable for those people who experience difficulty in walking, as the walk from taking meals at the sister hotel is far too steep for the elderly or infirm. NOTE THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK!
