  : The cost of food is way expensive. We took two tomatoes/tuna salads with two glass of beer for a cost of 44 .

  : Service was extremely slow and unresponsive.No air-conditioning in the room on a very hotnight.

  : Cozy hotel with nice interior decoration and paintings located in the nature.
  : The staff manager behaviour.We arrived in the evening and there was no water working in the hotel and our room because of some technical issues. As a result we couldn't take any shower, clean our teeths, wash our face, nothing. You can imagine that after all day hiking trip it was just horrible.When we shared our disappointment with the hotel manager in the morning, her first reaction was that now it's ok and we can clean ourself in the morning. And also that it's not their fault.This was obviously not a reaction you would expect from a hotel personnel after such a problem.It's not their fault but it's their responsability to provide services we paid for, and haven't fully received, and propose some kind of compensation instead.So we asked for a discount or at least for an offered breakfast. Her reaction was that it's not their fault and they cannot do anyting with it. When we were supposed to leave offensed by this behaviour, she turned the situation with a proposal of offered breakfast. But it was too late after the very unpleasant discussion, and we had just taste to leave.

  : It is a nice traditional, local, independent hotel. Good quality, very Basque, nice.
  : The staff were a bit rushed and seemed quite disorganized. Service was lacking quite a bit. We stayed in a room with a sloped ceiling that was a bit low and the 1 window was very low with a poor view of the road, which made it sporadically noisy during the night and early morning.
