: Great staff, Julio has been available for anything we needed.The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the house is just amazing: you can appreciate a nice panoramic view of the coast from 900m above the sea and on the other side you can perfectly see the mount Teide Peak.
: We were at the casa illusion the first week of December, temperature was around 8-10 C up there (900m above the sea). The house can get a bit cold both in the night and early in the morning. The house has got 2 portable electric heating that do not to do a great job. However, we bought wood and lighted on a fireplace fire, we loved it!

: Cozy and spacious house a bit into the hills, extremely well equipped and nice terrace with great ocean views and as well the Teide Volcano. You can also count on support from Julio with any question. We really enjoyed our stay, and would for sure recommend the place if you want to get away from the more crowded locations. There is also a nice bakery nearby. Listen carefully to Julio which road to take to get to house, else maps or waze will direct you onto an extremely steep uphill road, a bit scary, apparently only suitable for downhill driving.

: The owner was waiting for us upon our arrival. So, perfect ! House has a nice view on the La Orotava valley and on the Teide. The view on the Teide in the morning is beautiful.
: House was not easy to find and the explanations to find it not easy to follow. On top of that, the road leading to the house is going up hill, seriously up hill !! Be ready to climb a road like never before ;-)

: Perfect holiday home in a very nice location. The host has been a great throughout our stay, and was very considerate during the saharan sand storm we experienced while on the island. The house has beautiful views, and feels warm and pleasant - in contrast to many other holiday homes at Tenerife.
