  : The first day we found little insects in the kitchen, and later on all over the wall of the room. We reported this to reception, they did not do anything about the situation, did not even apologize. There was an awful smell out of the toilet. The WIFI was really really bad or better say non-functional.

  : Absolutely nothing, just horrible!!!!! Stayed only the 1st night and checked out immediately next morning with a loss of 6 nights B&B with no refund offered.
  : From start to finish it was dreadful. On check in after seeing my * Star room I asked for an upgrade. Told there was nothing available for a few days. Usually I would leave such an establishment at this stage but I was joining friends for a week long break. The room was horrible, balcony out onto a busy street which was unbearable with constant traffic all night. There was no aircon or fan provided. I had to close the door during the night to try get some sleep so turned into a sweat box. Room was dirty, lock missing from bathroom door, vanity unit broken. Furniture was tatty and damaged. Balcony sliding door was filthy. It was like a room you would expect to find in a cheap hotel in Thailand. Then there was the breakfast, disgusting!!!So that was my clue to leave and check out immediately. I have been refused and ignored about a refund so people stay well clear of this 1* establishment at all costs.

  : Everything was good and uncomplicated - we had a good time there
  : The food from the restaurant was not very good, but there is a very good german bakery next door - we had breakfast over there, and it was very delicious :)Fridge in the room was very noisy

  : Room was not as we booked and had no sofa as described in our booking.When we asked why had not got the room as booked we were told none were available which was a lie as the room next to us was vacant and each day I checked your web site and this type of room was shown as available each day.When asked about the iron that was to be supplied in our room were told we would be charged a daily rate to supply this. Eventually this was retracted and the manager sent one up free of charge. Still waiting for the sofa.After this none of the staff would talk or make eye contact.

  : I prefer the old town and harbour area of the resort. The quieter pace and easy walk to the harbour and smaller beaches suit me perfectly.
  : The small niggle being the surf shops which are attached to the hotel are currently refurbing and have construction workers using heavy drill equipment causing a lot of noise around the pool. Our street balcony never got any sunshine and is located on the main access road for the port with commercial vehicles going past.
