  : Excellent location in the old town of La Laguna, yet on a quiet street. The apartment is huge, with very comfortable and large beds. The contact with the staff was excellent! A great amenity was the private parking.

  : Daniel answered the phone as soon as we called and was very helpful. He came out to the car and gave us directions to the secure parking. Very clean with loads of space and very quiet. Nice kitchen with good range of utensils and crockery. Even 2 types of coffer maker! Great showers. Beds ok. Good location for old town, lots to see within walking distance. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Easy drive to Anaga national park and Santa Cruz.
  : No peeler, smart tv did could not connect to our android phones to watch movies, court yard and sun terrace need some work to make them more attractive. User instructions in other languages for the washing machine and tumble drier would be nice as we had to use google translate to use them. There are currently road works on the street preventing direct access in the normal way. The end of the street where no. 60 is located is blocked off and the one way direction of that end of the street is reversed although the signs do not make this clear. Therefore mega stress initially finding the accommodation as google maps did not have this info. Owners should have communication the problems and clear directions via booking.com!
