  : We were 7 adults and 2 kids. Lots of space, and Great views. Nice with a pool.

  : This is a large property, with many rooms, balconies and garden. We chose this place for the pool and the garden, as we were in vacation with our daughter. The kitchen is well equipped, the views are amazing, and there are many toys and activities available.
  : We paid for heating the pool (extra 15 Euro per day) and it was heated to 27 degrees Celsius (not enough in our opinion), still seemed cold for our daughter. We paid a guarantee of 200 euro by bank transfer plus the 75 euro for the heated pool (they asked for our card details by email and did not consider it safe to send that way, that is why we chose the bank transfer method )and supported the payment transfer fee- as we thought every part would do. They first sent 19.60 euro back, we contacted them and asked them if there was something wrong after our stay- and they said it was by mistake from the bank, and it was everything ok. Then sent 11,34 euro- we message them back asking for the remaining amount and they sent another 104,02 euro. So we got back 134,96 euro out of 200 euro. We contacted booking but it seems that this is the situation and we just have to accept it. We don't recommend this place for the situation I just described.

  : The view was great, a big plus was a heated pool and kitchen had everything we needed Its a good option for the group of people.
  : There was a limited amount of towels and ,unfortunately, due to humidity they could not get dry during the night. It would be a big plus to have extra towels. Unfortunately, the property owner informed us it was only possible with the additional payment Another big plus would be a least a small set of shower gel and shampoo at the bathroom

  : The place had plenty of space. The kitchen was a good size and had all the appliances that were required. The view from the kitchen was great. All the windows had shutters, so could black out any room and keep the place secure. The WiFi was good enough to stream live sport, though would kick you of randomly sometimes. Big Sony flat screen TV downstairs was great. The swimming pool was great. Staff were very good to communicate with via whatsapp. Small local shop is within 10 mins walk.
  : Lots of little things could have been better. Had to request pool towels to be dropped off. There was no hand soap or anything provided in any of the toilets / bathrooms. No dishwasher tablets provided. Water discharge for the washing machine not connected. Only 1 replacement garbage bag provided. Only 1 tea towel provided (for 7 ppl and 8 days). No rack to dry dishes when washed. Ping pong bats were broken. inflatable pool toys broken. very low water pressure in showers. Downstairs shower drain was blocked. All the kitchen knives were very blunt. No spare towels, pillows or sheets provided. Upstairs bathroom once locked was extremely difficult to unlock, so couldn't lock the upstairs bathroom. No view from the lower level or if you sit outside downstairs. The car parking space can not be accessed by small hire cars as they don't have the clearance. There is parking space on the road. Very little around this location to walk to, no restaurants and only 1 small shop. Not close to Santa Cruz or any of the tourist attractions.
