Policies

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 8 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available upon request and at an additional cost. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old.

Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.

Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open at certain fixed times of the day.

Pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment). It is necessary to present the pet passport at reception.
€75 per animal and week.
€12 per animal and per day (stays from 1 to 6 nights).
There is a restriction for breeds considered potentially dangerous.

€1 will be charged at the time of reserving the apartment to verify the card. This amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Please note that air conditioning is available only in the dining room, not in the rooms
