  : Pretty, nice enterieur. Close to the center.
  : This is rather a pretty youth hostel than a hotel. Our triplet room had no window to natural light, only to corridors but it was covered with curtains. The air conditioner's condense liquid or something else was lead to the shower. The head of the bed was not fixed and tumbled down. Small rooms. No fresh air. Breakfast is really poor continental. Parking place is available but with extremly narrow entry. But you can also park on the streets with app. Wifi was not working in our room only in the common place. Those who are looking for cheeper solutions might like it.

  : The location is good.
  : The very young staff seened a little overwhelmed and there were clearly not enough of them. There was a sign on the door saying they were fully booked, but at least three of the ground floor rooms were not used the night we were there. There were no towels available for our rooms on arrival and we then had to find a member of staff later that evening to collect them. It was expected to use rhe shower gel to wash your hands, but the sachets were very difficult to open without scissors and we had to use tissues to dry them.One bedside light had no shade, the other shade was broken and the shades in the public area on our floor still had the plastic wrapper on. Although it is a hostal, attention to little details like this, which cost very little, make a world of difference. There was very much an air of 'can't be bothered ' about the place. A more welcoming attitude from some of the staff would have helped, too. I'm afraid we will choose another place to stay when we return to Jerez again next year.

  : The location as it was close to old town, good local bars and a good tabanca. The rustic walls were quite charming.
  : Very, very rusty towel rail, poor grouting in the shower and the shower head was loose. No wardrobe or closet only a small rail above a very noisy fridge. We were there for 6 nights and had to ask for towels to be changed. One morning we were asked to wait for breakfast as they had run out of coffee and needed to go to the shop. Breakfast was very basic. Toiletries were not replenished and neither were toilet rolls. Staff helpful when asked to service the room. Couldnt lock the room for the first 2 days as the lock was faulty.
