Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Bungalows El Arenal in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that from Monday to Saturday late check-in carries the following charges:
From 20:00 to 00:00 EUR 20;
From 00:00 to 08.00 EUR 30.

Please note that for Sunday check-in carries the following charges:
From 08:00 to 00:00 EUR 20;
From 00:00 to 08.00 EUR 30.

Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may carry a surcharge.

Please note that smoking is not allowed and a charge of EUR 50 will be applied to anyone who smokes in the apartments.
