  : I booked this villa to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends and it was the biggest mistake! First of all the location of this villa is terrible. It is located along a gravel road which is a nightmare to drive down. On check in we were greeted by a Spanish family member who could not speak a word of English which really didnt help as he couldnt even explain anything to us properly when walking round. This was very frustrating as I advised the owners that we are English before arriving! On the 3rd day we had no water to the villa for a whole day! I told the owner in the morning & they kept telling me its on its way, finally at around 7pm somebody turned up to provide water! It ruined our whole day as we couldnt get showered! Also, we paid 500euros CASH deposit which we expected to get back! However on the day we were departing they took 200 euros out of our deposit for electricity! They also said that we couldnt have the remaining deposit back in cash and that it would be given back to us via bank transfer! But with flying back to England I did trust that I would get anything back so I demanded it back in cash & so had to wait 45minutes for somebody to bring us the cash which made us very late for our flight home nearly missing it with minutes to spare!! This was not stated in the terms of the booking! Absolute disgusting! I then had the owner texting me on WhatsApp accusing me of having 25 people at the villa to try get more money out of me! I do not recommend!
