  : Dinner was stone cold and unedible. Every time you had a drink at dinner a waiter put a card machine alongside your plate demanding immediate payment as you were actually eating. Chef ran out of several items as well. Plates were removed from our table before we had finished eating and I had to tell the waiter to leave my plate alone as he tried to remove it while I still had part of my dinner on it. Even though we booked a suite with living room there were no tea or coffee making facilities or water or fridge for us to put any water in. We found about 20-30 ants in the sink and on the bathroom floor. There was nowhere in the hotel to get any form of drink or coffee after 10.30pm. Two totally full vending machines were in reception but were padlocked for our entire stay. We invited two friends for dinner on our first night and we waited 45 minutes in the terrace bar but none of the two young girls masquerading as waitresses came over to ask us what we would like to drink. Our friends were disgusted by the whole dining experience as were ourselves. We have stayed at this hotel nine times under its previous management and always given glowing reports. This however, was an appalling experience and I would not give the hotel a one star rating, let alone a four star rating.

  : Position and the spa and swimming pool although the spa was just an indoor pool and we werent allowed in the outside pool so a little disappointing. The cost of our booking should have been reduced as we couldnt use the facilities. An evening bar inside is needed as in the evening it was cold outside so we left the hotel to visit an inside bar

  : The suuplement of 34 euros per dog was a bit expensiveAs we paid 74 euros for the room ,the dogs nearly had to pay as much as us & they dont use any water or ele tric or services just sleep on their own mats
