When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children are not allowed.
Adults stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Real de Cartuja Apartments & Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
All guests should inform the hotel of their anticipated time of arrival. This should be noted in the Comments box when booking, but a contact telephone number also appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Key collection will take place at the property at the agreed arrival time.

Apartments are cleaned prior to arrival. Additional cleaning is available for a surcharge.

Please note that late check from 22:00 to 03:00 carries a EUR 20 surcharge.
