  : The receptionists were very helpful and understanding specially David - that guy needs a raise .
  : From the manager to the cook "chef" the service was extremely unprofessional and not 5 star level at all. The manager was not accommodating at all, my friend and i had a safety issue and wanted to check out early the manager downright told us that could not be the case since she has never felt unsafe in granada, so we should not as well. We were unable to check out and felt really unsafe for another two days. We ordered room service based on the recommendation of the cook Juan Ramon and the food was horrible undercooked and inedible this guy said it was perfect according to their "recipe" and cut the call on my face. Later the second manager and David helped us out and cancelled the order. The waiter Javier Ramon came to pick up the food and told us to give all of it back - even though we only cancelled one dish and conversed in an extremely rude way and told us we are wrong. We downright felt violated and disrespected racially because we saw other people be treated with respect. The room stank btw. I don't know how they call themselves a 5 star hotel - more like a motel. Will not be returning or staying here or recommending this place to anyone else for sure.

  : Parking. Rooms are very dark and a bit depressing. Could remove bath and have a slightly bigger room.

  : Location is fabulous being within a few minutes by foot to the Alhambra The bus from town stops 50 meters away Good valet parking service Nice view Excellent and very big bathroom with both shower and bath
  : The coffee machine is a disaster, being photosensitive! You have to shine a flashlight on it for > 5 minutes for it to switch on!!! Even the staff had a problem. The light switches are very difficult to use having 6 switches all together and with microscopic writing Some sun loungers at the pool are destroyed and are backbreakers.

  : main menu variety was lacking in choices. Not really an evening venue as the competition far exceeds 5 choices of main courses. No atmosphere in the restaurant at night.
