Many monuments can be found 200 metres from the house such as La Alcaicería Arabic silk market Capilla Real and Sagrario Church. The apartments feature balconies with views to Sierra Nevada and Bib-Rambla Square.
The studios face Provincias Street with restaurants and shops nearby. Granada's beach is less than 45 minutes away from Lopez Daza by car. The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is 30 minutes away.
