: The location was great and having a washing machine handy. Lots of closet space and hangers. Nice apartment in general. The staircase was narrow and I commented so he carried for me. As I am only petite I appreciate that he did this.
: I did ask from Australia if I could get into the apartment before 4pm but was told no. I said I had luggage and the reply was- leave it at the station and collect later. Most places let you in at 3pm at the latest. Lucky for me my friends were staying close by and were allowed into their apartment at 2, so I stored my bag there. I was greeted with having to put down a 50 euros refundable deposit. Its the first place that had asked that. There was an iron but no ironing board. They need to purchase a kettle and hooks to hang up towels. There was an empty box of washing powder. The day before I had to go was sent a reminder text I had to be out by 11. I was aware and its the first place that has done that.

: The bed was comfortable. Lots of dishes, pots and pans. Great fridge!
: When we arrived at 4 (which we think is too late) the room was not ready. It was cold and it was dirty. Black mold in the bathroom and baseboards. We almost left to look elsewhere. The stairs were very awkward.
