  : Lovely hotel with nice pool area, easy to get a bed at when we went. Rooms are good and spacious and cleaned regularly. I found at times you could hear the furniture being pulled and pushed in the rooms on either side or above which I found quite noisy, could also hear kids screaming in various rooms surrounding us but couldnt fault the room itself. Aircon is good and kitchen is fully equipped with decent fridge and cooking equipment . Staff very helpful and attentive .. as I noticed a few ants (which is somewhat expected when it is hot out) on the balcony and when I informed reception to see if there was a way it could be sprayed down to keep them to a minimum, they promptly delivered a spray that I could put on the balcony which I did before I went out that evening which got rid of them all! Shopping centre is right across the road with big carrefour supermarket,which has everything you need or lidl is a bit further up the road from shopping centre up behind the Dunnes Stores. Staff were helpful throughout all depts. There is a games room on the basement floor along with gym, laundry room and complimentary room to shower or change in on request. Few mins walk along the beachfront to the main area of bars and restaurants and about a 20-25 walk from train station. All in all a lovely hotel, great location and helpful staff, would recommend to request a room with a balcony facing the castle if you want sun on your balcony as the balconies facing pool are in the shade for most of the day
  : Found we could hear things easily in rooms nearby and above us, especially beds being dragged across floor early in the morning,which was just a bit screechy if you are a light sleeper and wake easily.. if you are a deep sleeper it wouldnt bother you. Pizza at the pool was overpriced for it just being a frozen pizza cooked in oven.
