: I don't think the pictures quite do the view justice.. Hands down the most beautiful view I've ever had from an accommodation! On a clear day you can see La Gomera, El Hierro and the Peak of Mount Teide on Tenerife 100km+ away. The terrace, and outdoor dining table tucked away by the BBQ pit were perfect. The gardens with fresh fruit were tendered to by the owners brother and a fruit bowl on arrival of the produce was amazing! The wine also that Victoria gifted us from the winery at the top of the hill was gorgeous.The bedroom was the real highlight for me - super comfortable Hollywood twin (effectively a double) with curtains pulled over but you are awoken by stunning natural light. The historical styling of the property date back to the early 20th century I believe and the home feels well loved. Even the view from the pantry when doing washing was unbelievable at sunrise/sunset!Victoria and her son were immensely helpful when a broadband engineer broke the Wifi connection and made sure the company were round to fix it the next morning so we could continue working. A truly magical stay at such great value for money. We have already earmarked a return to cover off more hiking trails that were unfortunately closed due to the recent volcano.
: Just a few things that could be amended to make a great stay perfect. The shower head dribbled out water so could be replaced. The furniture on the terrace was a little flimsy, but much better on the outdoor dining table. The kitchen tap leaks a little which spills on the floor if left running for more than a few moments. And the kitchen knives could use a sharpen!
