Disappointing

  : Location was great. The flat was in the center of the city and 2min walking from the beach. Check-in was really easy and the staffs was always available to answer any question we had.
  : The flat was not clean. The floor was dirty and there was dog hair on the bed and the bed sheet had stains. The flat smelled like sewers. The street was really loud with music and party and we could unfortunately not sleep at all. The view of the window was directly on the garbage.

  : Cleanliness of apartment. Quite spacious as well
  : We arrived after the 15th of September around 6pm to Foz. We couldn't find the buildings and no one picked up the phone for the first 15 minutes.When it did, we found out that they had a break from 4 till 7 which meant we couldn't do the check in. The latter was made in a restaurant which was 7 minutes away from the apartments. An absolute joke to be completely honest.We had no water pressure so shower was useless, shower door was slightly broken, had we had pressure we would probably flood the toilet. Bed was quite tough as well.All in all a disappointment. Appreciate the sympathy of the gentlemen who served us but still something I wouldn't recommend anyone
