  : Having read recent negative comments (concerning the AC unit not working, the WiFi being down and the lack of mosquito nets on the windows), we messaged the property manager at least a week prior to our arrival. He assured us that La finca estar en perfectas condiciones - everything works fine. We also inquired about the availability of a baby cot, as was stated in the property description, and again received a reply that one is indeed in place. We announced our arrival time and expected someone to meet us at the property. There was no one to meet us and no prior instructions sent on how to enter the house. We lost over an hour trying to contact the local manager and finally booking.com in Germany helped find the key. At the property, the AC in one bedroom was still broken, there were no mosquito nets and no baby cot, WiFi was not working throughout or stay The property manager did not answer calls and showed no efforts to address our needs
