  : We had an awful experience. The staff to begin with were incredibly rude and unfriendly. They kept shouting at us in Spanish and we kept telling them we couldnt understand them. The catch on the window in one of our rooms got broken on the day we arrived (Wednesday - and we were told we would have to pay for it). It was to be mended on Saturday...but that on Saturday night I would have to move into my daughters room...why? Was the workman coming in the middle of the night...? On Saturday morning we went out and when we came back ALL my things had been moved out of my room into my daughters room, the lock was mended, the room cleaned and a third bed put into it. THEN we were told that other people had booked that room so we couldnt have it any longer. And that on Sunday night I would be moved again. Three different rooms on a five night stay...? This place doesnt deserve to be allowed to run as a hotel...they have no idea how to treat guests and are complete liars. We packed our bags and left. Fortunately my grandson lives in Estepa so was able to help us find somewhere else. Incidently the food at the hotel is AWFUL....oven chips for instance masquerading as patatas bravas - covered in some ghastly sauce...The rooms themselves are tiny and have no real outside light...my room looked into a communal smoking courtyard so if I had opened the window people could see into it and it would have been exposed to all their smoking.I would never recommend this place to anyone and their hotel policies need investigating.
