  : Location was excellent as I wanted a low cost place to stay near la marina. Staff were really helpful and nice.
  : Very hard bed. No lights outside room so you have to walk to the stairs in pitch black after dark. To return there was an automatic light on a timer. I didnt mind but could be dangerous maybe for some people .

  : We arrived at the hotel, and the place was locked with only a telephone number to ring.The taxi driver contacted the owner on our behalf as we speak little Spanish and the long and short of it was that she was at the police station for a personal matter and asked us to wait between 2-5 hrs depending on the outcome at the police station for her return. We had just got off the plane and had Arrived at 19hrs and we couldnt wait outside the hotel indefinitely at that time of the night The taxi driver assisted us in trying to located another place to stay, most were closed, he eventually arranged for us to stay in a room at hostal el altet.The next day, after relating our experience, Booking.com assisted us in finding alternative accommodation and offered us a full refund
