  : The only good thing about this hotel is the location - right on the seafront. SOME staff helpful when spoken to in Spanish.
  : Some of the staff were rude/unfriendly and one even forgot our order at the 'bar', so we just waited for ages whilst the staff were having a chat. To add to this, the mustard we were served (2 packets) were almost one year, and the other packet, two years, out of date. The food in general was almost inedible, bland, greasy, and clearly made with zero love. The 'snacks' included in the all inclusive were all stodgy carbs, of again, super poor quality. It's like if primary school children organised a big dinner party, or something. The entertainment was appalling, apart from karaoke which is always fun, wherever you are! The hotel itself is soulless. Room very average.

  : The choice and quality of the food was excellent. Lovely location right by the beach.Very friendly and helpful staff.

  : The hotel was nice, Staff was great, even if they had a lot of work because there were lot of people accomoditated they were always smiling. Food was amazing and every day something new. Hotel was very close to the beach
  : I did not like that there was no bar outside (only some day and only from 21:30-00:00). If I consider that there were so many people and only one bar with only one person, sometimes you had to wait very long time for a drink. You also couldnt go inside wet so you always have to wait when you come from the sea. Unfortunately the worst thing was that in the sea there was too many jellyfish. There is nothing what hotel can do about it but it is the location and I was attacked by one very first day so from that moment, sea was not attractive for me anymore.
