  : The location is excellent right next to the beach. Walk over the small road and you are on the beach. There is a supermarket under the big hotel 15 mins walk away. And its a 5/10 drive or 25 minute walk to El Medano centre. The kitchen was fully fitted out with everything you possibly need. A nice supply of bathroom towels and pool/beach towels. Good communication with the owner. WIFI good. Lots of pool toys for the kids or big kids.
  : The beds could of been a bit more comfortable and the bedding was lacking, more pillows needed too. The showers need repairing and a few things in the house look tired and damaged. Outside the sun beds need cushions as do the sofa and chairs. Also a BBQ would be nice so the guests can make the most of this space. I feel the outside space could be improved and made a bit more homely as it just didn't feel friendly, ( I do understand the sand and sea water causes a problem with this) If this was upgraded then this would of been excellent.

  : The position of the property is in calm neighbourhood with a few minutes walk to nice and not crowded beach. There is also a small mountain to walk to see the sunset or sunrise within few minutes. It has nice terrace on the roof with a view of the ocean. The communication with host is super easy. We appreciated the numbers of the bathrooms. Also the kitchen is fully equipped. There is no problem with parking. Overall good value for money.
  : There are some minuses, some of them can be solved and some of them are just as they are. 1. We missed the washing machine. We stayed in the villa for 11 days. (But there is OK workaround - public washing machines in El-Mdano.) With no washing machine more towels for person for such a long stay would be nice. 2. There was a problem with a stink from the sewage in the bathrooms downstairs. In one bathroom downstairs we found cockroaches coming from the sink in the shower during the night. 3. The wi-fi was awful and there is also weak mobile signal. Not usable for home office. 4. The property is a half of a larger villa so you have neighbours. They might be noisy. In our case there was running reconstruction during two days - drilling and noisy moving of the furniture.

  : This house is close to the southern airport and very close to the sea. You can see the sunrise over the sea from the house. There is a swimming pool in the backyard, which is constantly circulated through tap water, so the water temperature is relatively cold, so it is not suitable for swimming in winter. There are 5 rooms in the house, 3 are upstairs and 2 are downstairs, which is very convenient. The landlord was very considerate and told us the location and method of collecting the keys, and also left a bottle of wine, which was very nice. There are stairs in the backyard that lead to the rooftop, where you can watch the stars at night. The facilities in the house are also relatively new, and the refrigerator is large. We have eight people who stayed here for three nights and were satisfied.
  : The inside lock of the gate cannot be used. When you enter the gate, you cannot lock the door with the inside lock. You must reach outside and use the lock on the outside to lock the gate. The wireless in the building is not very well, and there is often no network. Especially at night, there is no WIFI network, and the mobile phone signal in the room is also relatively poor. There should be no air conditioning in the room (not sure, we didn't find it), and although it was the end of December, it was still a little hot when sleeping at night. There is a solar water heater installed on the roof of the building. Sometimes the hot water in the building is not enough, especially at night. It cannot provide bathing for 8 people, so we can only divide it into two groups during the day and night, but the hot water during the day is sufficient. Most of the places to visit on this island are in the southwest region, which is far away from there. If you have a car, it is suitable to live here, otherwise, it is not recommended.
