: A nice spacious modern apartment, close to the beach, shops and several good restaurants, and with secure private parking. A good shower, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen apart from the lack of a kettle and mugs. There was a big fridge/freezer and washing machine.
: On arrival we couldn't find the way into the complex, no signs or instructions to help. We phoned the letting agency and someone came out of the apartment block to let us in. Once inside it look a while to discover the water was turned off - eventually we found the mains taps and by trial and error discovered which was ours. The tap water wasn't drinkable - tainted with chlorine, first time in Spain this trip. Wifi was slow and dropped a lot. The day before we were due to leave I e-mailed the letting company to ask what to do with the keys etc - then never replied.

: Modern clean apartment. Comfortable bed and good walk in shower. Very helpful hosts. Pet friendly and short drive into Denia. Restaurants within a few minutes walk.
: Close to rd so a little road noise at times. Bedrooms at back helped.

: great place, lots of upgrades, great price and a few steps from the beach!
: some construction going on( price reflected this) and a few ants that need addressed, very minor, just something they may want to fix asap.

: The fact that it was a noisy construction site. The fact that host just shrugged her shoulders when we brought it to her attention. The fact that it was not possible to open doors and windows with the construction activity. We had to move to alternative accomodation at our own expense. Coincidentally we had been unable to inspect the property until after the cancelation deadline due to a variety of excuses by the owner.
