  : Goid location, the house is comfortable but has only seven bets, one of them is small and quite narrow.
  : The rooms were clean except for the kitchen, there were leftovers in the cupboards, the washing machine and dishwasher are useless because there is mold in them. We tried to clean up but it didnt work. In front of the house is a swimming pool, which is unfortunately dirty and you can swim in it.

  : Property is very clean and is in a lovely location. It is very big and has a lovely drive and pool. I highly recommend the property.
  : Check in was challenging as even though the keys are in the lockbox, opening the doors was challenging. Needs simpler instructions.

  : Very comfortable and spacious house which is well located. Lovely terrace and pool. Extremely clean. Main bedroom is huge, including dressing room and en suite bathroom. Beds comfortable. Excellent value for money.
  : We didn't get access until 2 hours after our check in time as cleaner was still there - phoned agency who said they'd talk to cleaner and call back but never did. Better customer service needed. Kitchen lacks adequate cutlery and cooking equipment - some decent chopping knives and more cutlery and serving spoons would improve facilities a lot. Owner did drop off some wooden spoons for us.Dishwasher doesn't wash well at all.This house does not take 8 people comfortably - the 4th bedroom has a day bed with a pull out mattress underneath and would have very little floor space if set up as a double bed. 2 people would struggle to share that space. Description and photos should be more honest.

  : Having found the property first on air b n b we feel the bedroom situation isnt clear. There are only 3 bedrooms on the first floor and one near the front door that has no air conditioning. This was difficult to manage with two families of 4.

  : Very spacious and clean Villa, lovely pool and communal areas. Very safe and quiet. Great for a big family catch up, relaxing by pool. Well equipped. Responded to queries eg came and dropped batteries for devices that were missing. You can see the sea from the garden but the nearest beach is small - you need to travel to the main Costa teguise for proper beaches, by car. Pool got cleaned during our stay. Would recommend!
  : Location: you need a car to get to the main town (if you have kids / elderly who cant walk long distances). Location and layout of the complex is such that even though the supermarket is nearby its a slightly awkward walk (15min) Playroom: we were excited from the pictures but it looks totally different to the image (theres only a toy kitchen down there, and no pots and pans or other toys). It could be a great space with a few more toys etc. Supplies: not a negative but a few coffee pods, salt pepper oil would be a good welcome. Bin bags would have been good too. Nothing is supplied though the kitchen equipment was quite good.

  : Perfect villa.Lots of excellent facilities.Wonderful and relaxing.Excellent children's playroom downstairs very well equipped. (If you have kids coming could I recommend removable stair gates) Peaceful and quiet
  : Outside of teguise.You can walk to Barcelo but anything else is hire car or bus.No short cut to large Spar nearby had to walk out the scheme to go round (not owners fault) No welcome pack or any local information ie taxis buses etcCleaners arrived as we did at 1735 at night. So we had to wait with a yount child after a long flight Baby's cot was dirty grimes and we had to hire one locally for the stay The same cleaners went next door at 1800 after another family arrived. Very messy.On the subject of these cleaners they actually turned up to the villa next door again midweek at 2200 at night and proceeded to make a racket for 90 mins. So if Astrid is using this company she needs to get firmer with their behaviour. I felt they were tip hunting.No sign of home owner or contact throughout stay
